Diamond, bowtie, coffee bean and smooth patterns are available from stock tooling. For orders above 5,000 pairs, custom emboss patterns can be produced for a one-time tooling fee.
Can you supply EVA sole sheet in roll format for automatic cutting lines?
Yes. We supply rolls up to 50m with core dimensions compatible with standard cutting machine mandrels. Density and hardness consistency is verified and documented across the full roll length.
Is your EVA foam REACH compliant for EU export?
All our EVA foams are SVHC-free and REACH compliant. An official REACH declaration is issued with every order. RoHS test reports are available on request.
What is the minimum order quantity for EVA shoe sole sheet?
Minimum order is 500 kg per grade/color combination. Multiple grades can be combined to reach the MOQ. 5 kg evaluation sample packs are available.
Do you offer CNC cutting service for sole blanks?
Yes. We provide CNC cutting service based on customer-supplied tooling files. Ready-to-use sole blanks are delivered, eliminating the need for your own cutting equipment investment.
