All tatami mat shipments include complete export documentation: packing list, COC (Certificate of Conformity), RoHS and REACH declaration, test reports and certificate of origin. Standard MOQ is 500 m². For first-time evaluation and quality approval orders, we accept from 200 m². Blanket orders with flexible delivery scheduling are available for ongoing supply agreements.
Can you produce interlocking puzzle-edge tatami mats?
Yes. Interlocking tatami mats are a standard product item. Straight, tongue-and-groove and custom interlocking edge geometries can be produced with our CNC and die-cut equipment. You can send technical drawings for custom edge profiles.
Do your tatami mats meet European safety and export standards?
All EVA tatami mats are CE marked and REACH compliant. RoHS test reports and COC documents are issued for every production batch at no additional charge. A flame retardant (FR) class option is available for school and public venue specifications.
What colors and surface patterns are available?
Standard stock patterns include tatami weave, smooth, diamond and coffee bean. Standard colors are red, blue, black, green, grey and yellow. Custom color mixes are available for large orders. Custom emboss patterns require a one-time tooling fee.
What are the production and delivery lead times to Europe?
Standard production: 15–21 working days. Road freight to EU: 7–12 days. Express container: 5–7 days. Sea freight to UAE / Gulf: 10–15 days transit.
